If you absolutely need to exercise, but you are not able to do strenuous exercise then a whole body vibration may be the thing you need to start getting your body back in shape. Many of you may be dreaming of working out on one of those high priced vibration machines you saw on TV, but can't afford to do so. Well the Power Fit PFM-2000 is for you.
 

1. RUN/STOP: Upon plugging in the power cord, the LCD displays default settings (Manual Mode with a 10 minute operating time). Press the "RUN/STOP" button to start or stop plate vibration.

2. SPEED: Press the "SPEED +" button to increase the vibration speed one level at a time, up to Level 10 (High), as shown on the LCD Display. To reduce the speed, press the "SPEED -" button.

3. SPEED: Press the "TIME+" or "TIME-" buttons to increase or decrease operating time by 5 minutes at a time, up to 30 minutes. Remaining minutes are displayed, and the device will stop automatically when “0” is reached.

4. MODE: Press the "MODE" button to select mode (Manual, Auto1, Auto2). Choose Auto1for random speed changes, or Auto2 for a smooth
build-up and cool-down. The LCD Display willl indicate the current
speed, as well as the selected mode.

SUGGESTED EXERCISES

    

Your owner's manual will come with many exercises that you can do to deliver flexibility, strength training, and massage to different parts of your body. Here are just a few examples:

1. Standing Squat
With feet on the plate, and hands holding the handgrips, keep knees slightly bent. Keep neutral alignment of spine: do not rest on handgrips.

2. Shoulder and Upper Body Relaxor
Kneel in front of plate, with upper body resting on hands on plate. Keep spine straight without hunching, and keep head in line with spine. Do not let head slump towards plate.

3. Seated, Arms Raised
Sit on the plate facing outward, with hands holding handgrips. Keep good, erect posture, and avoid bending at the waist. As strength grows, reduce weight supported by arms.
